Welcome to Moroccanguides Travel. By accessing or using our website and/or booking one of our travel tours, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making your booking. If you do not agree to these terms, please inquire directly with us with any concerns.
1. Booking Confirmation
Deposit Requirement:
To confirm your booking, you must send a deposit in €uro. You can do this via:PayPal: Send your deposit to our PayPal account at contact@moroccanguides.com
Bank Transfer: If you prefer, you may also pay the deposit via bank transfer. (Our bank details will be provided upon request or as part of your booking confirmation.)
Balance Payment Options:
Once your booking is confirmed, the balance can be paid by one of the following methods:PayPal: Please note that if you choose to transfer the remaining balance via PayPal, a 5% fee will be added to cover the high charges imposed by PayPal.
Cash: You may pay the balance in cash directly to your tour guide upon arrival.
Bank Transfer: Alternatively, you can transfer the balance to the bank account details provided in your booking confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
Currency: All payments are to be made in €uro.
Fees and Surcharges: Any applicable fees, including the 5% PayPal fee on the balance (if paid via PayPal), are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Deadlines: Payment deadlines and instructions will be provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to adhere to these deadlines to avoid cancellation of your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before the Start Date:
Loss of 25% of the deposit.
Cancellation Between 29 and 10 Days Before the Start Date:
A charge of 75% of the total tour cost will apply.
Cancellation Less Than 10 Days Before the Start Date:
You will be liable for 100% of the total tour cost.
Important: Cancellation charges may be covered by your travel or cancellation insurance policy. We strongly recommend that you check with your insurance provider to determine if you have coverage for any cancellation fees.
4. Insurance
We advise all our clients to obtain appropriate travel insurance before embarking on any tour. Insurance may cover cancellation fees or other unforeseen circumstances. Please consult with your insurance provider to ensure you have the necessary coverage.
5. Amendments and Modifications
Moroccanguides Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure a high-quality travel experience, Moroccanguides Travel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or other disruptions that may occur during your tour.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
